Zach is an experienced project manager, a proven technical leader, engineer and adjunct professor with over 30 years of experience and 25 years of service in the U.S. Air Force where he has served as a Civil Engineering Officer. Zach is skilled in program and project management, construction management, engineering management, and systems and mechanical engineering. His experience involves large complex construction and building system projects.

Zach is concerned with the potential impact of industry growth in CNY and the potential impact on Otisco Lake. He is also equally concerned with the changing biology of the lake and potential effects of climate, runoff and the threat of invasive species in and around Otisco Lake.
